What we collect
When you submit an assessment request, demo request, contact form, incident report or newsletter signup, we collect the fields you provide (name, email, phone, company, etc.) along with your IP address and user-agent string for fraud-prevention purposes.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, fulfil contractual obligations, and (with consent) send relevant security updates. We never sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
Sales leads: 24 months from last contact. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Incident reports: 7 years (regulatory). Hire applications: 12 months.
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Rectify — correct inaccurate data
- Erase — request deletion (subject to legal retention)
- Withdraw consent — for marketing communications
- Lodge a complaint — with the Data Protection Board of India
